Charmaine Hornick

Hi there! I am the founder and CEO of Phileo Management Agency.  I have an extensive background in owning my own businesses, marketing, strategic planning for a successful business, and protecting families.  As an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience, I bring education, knowledge, and expertise.  Outside the business arena, I have been a professional speaker on women's entrepreneurship and a life coach for over 20 years.  

I am proud to say that I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada.  I have watched the city grow into a thriving, inviting place for not just families but also businesses to call home.  One of my favorite things to do is travel and experience the world's diverse cultures.  I am a woman who believes in balance when running a business alongside managing a family.  

One of the philosophies of life that I live by is the famous poem by Marianne Williamson (small excerpt):
