Donnell Walston

 I am known for my excellent human resource and business consulting services, providing leadership development for top Las Vegas organizations and million-dollar charitable campaigns. I am the owner and operator of my own training and consulting company with over 20 years of human resources experience, including corporate training and EQ leadership development, mentoring, personal and professional coaching, employee relations, and directing diversity efforts. My ability to build rapport with others and create long-lasting relationships is unparalleled in the industry; the “la crème de la crème.”

Beyond my work experience, I have a BS in Business Management, as well as a Master's in Business Administration and a Master's in Adult Education. In addition to work and education, I am heavily involved within the community as an integral leader and spokeswoman.  I served in various leadership roles in some of Las Vegas’ top gaming resorts, as head of operations for a local leadership university. I oversee monthly charitable giving campaigns that contribute millions to local philanthropic organizations annually.
